To the children and grandchildren of Cecile Douglas:

My heart sank when I came across the obituary of your mother, Cecile. I'm so sorry for your loss. She was such a kind and generous person who loved you all so much. As I recall, she often spoke to me of her concerns and constant prayers for you. I remember her especially as a great cook. She made the best fish chowder I've ever had. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I will offer a Mass for her and for all of you.

Peace, Fr. Bernie Gaudreau
