Gayle M. Brooks 70 passed away after a long illness.
Gayle was born in Bennington on Oct 10, 1949 to the late Raymond B Harrington and Cordelia M. (Maynard) Harrington.
Gayle was loved by all that knew her. She had brought much joy no matter where she went. So many people where glad to know her and to be involved in her life. She most certainly was a light in the darkness and many loving family members, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances let her know that through out her life. Her grand generosity and willingness to help anyone to matter what the cost will never be forgotten by anyone ever. She will be deeply missed and irreplaceable in so many ways, Her greatness for holiday decorating will never be matched or forgotten. She had a knack for making anyplace look amazing and beautiful, you would think you were walking into a high end store in Beverly Hills
Gayle always put all her love and concern into her to daughters Robin and Vicky whom she would do anything for.
Gayle retired from the Best Western Plus/ Windjammer in 2015
Gayle is survived by her daughter Robin and her husband Mike Bulger, daughter Victoria Hall, two grandchildren Kristen Hall and Jordan Peppers, and a great grandson Caleb Stephens. a niece Melissa and her husband Chris Bance, a nephew Adam Murray, her sister in law and best friend of 45 yrs Cindy Babcock and her husband Dave, a sister in law Pam Connor and two niece,s in law Cassie and Reanna, and many more people that Gayle loved.
She was predeceased by her husband Randy Brooks, her sister Corrine Murray, and her twin nephews Brent and Brian Murray.
Upon Gayle's request there will be no calling hours. Internment will be in Ethan Allen Cemetery
The family wishes to thank all the wonderful Doctors, Nurses, and Nurses Aides that took care of my mom through this very difficult journey and gave her top care and comfort through it all. We will never forget you and all the wonderful things you have done for my mother and us, Love you always.
